FNIKA ROSE ADRASTEA
19, college student, freshman and mechanist, bisexual, vain, sj whiteley, intelligent
Nika comes to us straight from Tokyo, though originally from some little village in Russia. She fell in love with street racing at an early age. Niki adores fast cars. She knows a lot about them though. She loves to make people think she's rather less then intelligent went the opposite is true. She's also extremely slutty. She can't help it. Comes with the territory. Now, she was born and raised in Russia. But when she was eighteen she ditched. The racing scene was none-existent. So she went to Tokyo, where the scene is flaming. There she lived her life to the max. She was an active part of the scene, eventually earning the name 'little red corvette'. It was a reference to her unexplainable love for red cars, especially corvettes. Seriously, they're her weakness. She actually got so good and her name so well-known that the police started to bring the heat. Soon Nika was in the habit of stealing cars for certain people to pick up some money in between races. She got pulled into a racing gang. She got extremely good at picking up cars.
Nika, ever the hopeless romantic, soon fell for a man in her gang. The two of them paired up to steal a car. The cops got word somehow and was on them before they got too far. Now, Nika is and always was an amazing driver, but somethings just can't be controlled. It was raining. They crashed. The car was totaled beyond repair. More importantly Nika's boyfriend was dead. She didn't drive a car for months after that and fell into a deep depression. She didn't speak, barely ate and refused to even go near a car. Finally she realized she had to do something. The police were on her trail this time for murder. That night she fled from the accident, making it a murder scene. So she fled the country and came here seeking refuge and a new start.
Personality:
Nika is very strong willed, intelligent. She is very mechanically gifted with an obsession for cars, especially fast, red cars. Nika loves to put on a strong, bad ass impression. She fears nothing and loves very few things. Nik loves sex though [and her cars]. Because of this she has a bit of a bad reputation. However, there's more then meets the eye with her. She's terrified of thunder storms; the sound reminds her of the crash. It's so bad that she will lock herself somewhere dark. She's so terrified in these moments that she can't even move. All she can do is hug her knees and cry. No one knows about this though. Also, she misses her family terribly. She can love people, though she'd much prefer no one to realize that. And when she loves she loves with all her heart and soul. She's loyal and caring. However, she's vowed never to fall in love again. She can't take the pain of losing someone else.

The bass was bounding. She could feel it in her blood, in her finger-tips as the steering-wheel vibrated with it. Her mind was hazy; adrenaline coursing through her veins, making her feel invincible. Who cared if the weather was shit? If the rain was coming down so hard she could barely see three inches past the nose of the exotic she was driving? None of that mattered. She was the little red corvette. And how could she possibly go wrong with Trav in the passenger seat? Nika was quite aware of the fact that she was grinning; she just couldn't help it. Strange how driving well over a hundred on a cramped Tokyo highway could do this to her. "Shit. We got an audience, babe." Travis snapped, causing Nika to check her rearview mirror. Sure enough she could see the flashing red and blue lights through the haze behind her.
Nika shifted gears, pressing her foot on the pedal a little harder. No way could they get her this time, this car was worth far too much. Plus her reputation was on the line. She'd worked so hard to get here. Nik took a hard right off an exit, hoping to lose her little 'audience'. Travis snapped something about how she ought to be more careful. She shot back that he ought to stop being such a kitty. After all, they both understood the dangers of their passion. Had she been focusing more, like she normally did, she would have registered how odd it was for Trav to say something like that. But she wasn't and so it didn't. She glanced back in the rearview mirror. Still there. She cursed something in Russian and made another hard turn. This time disaster struck. Her tires couldn't quite grip the wet road. She lost control. What's happening? Then she heard the crash. She heard even before she felt it. Then she was thrown forward into the steering-wheel.
Within moments she'd gotten her senses back; the result of the adrenaline probably. She turned to tell Travis that they had to get going. She knew before she even saw him that he was dead. They'd hit the tree on the passenger side. He was probably killed instantly. But the sight would forever haunt her dreams and the sound of that crash would forever impact her now fragile nerves. She made a quick decision, just like Travis taught her. Within two minutes she'd escaped from the rubble and disappeared into the night. The cops never found her....
