dramatic changes over these past few months had shaken kris' life-style to an almost concerning degree, but despite how unused to she was of these new conditions, she was settling fairly well. her computer's stereos were playing songs by a day to remember as she maneuvered around her room carefully, organizing some CD's that she had collected over the years and moving them onto a shelf in her new bookshelf that she was using solely for music. the shelves beneath that were full of books, old school binders, and other random things that she had no other place for. kris' room was moderately clean and she was relatively good at keeping it that way, but it was hard to give a fuck enough to clean it as actively as she used to. in the middle of stacking her CD albums side by side she heard her phone ring a tone that she selected for her boyfriend, so she'd know exactly who was calling by just hearing the ringtone. the choice to specifically choose a ringtone for one person was just awesome in her book, and her phone was a samsung gravity smart. it was a very handy little device, no doubt. she stacked an "all time low" cd called nothing personal next to their latest one, dirty work before answering her phone and sitting on her bed. the couple talked for roughly five minutes, a smile planted automatically on her face. she played with her hair while talking to kaleb and arranged a hang-out date for now, since everyone was out, she was just going to have him come over in about an hour. after they hung up she dropped her phone on her pillow, leaving the room and going into the bathroom with some clothes she had picked out earlier to change into after her required daily shower.
it was the living being in her stomach that taught her it can happen to absolutely anyone and not just the girls who were easy and didn't care about the consequences. teen pregnancy wasn't a joke, but it definitely wasn't as horrible as she would have imagined it being. the biggest difference for her was that she happened to be very lucky, with very loving, supportive parents that also happened to have money. she looked into the mirror and gave herself an accepting nod, patting the belly-bump that was beginning to show. she was four, almost five months in now, and it was clearly there. she didn't cake the make up on or anything, but she put on a little bit of eyeliner and some cover-up, leaving it at that before sitting back on her bed. she peeked at her phone and smiled to herself, noting that kaleb should be there soon, fifteen minutes maximum. she picked her guitar up and began playing you know what they do to guys like us in prison by "my chemical romance" without a pic, it being one of the first cover songs she'd ever memorized. while keeping this baby brought upon sacrifices of things that she's been doing for a long time, she thought it was worth it, because there was no way that she was getting rid of it. she definitely was starting to miss playing football though; it had been her main outlet for excess stresss and unnecessary worries. in order to forget this hobby and continue on with another, she's been playing with her boyfriend's friends in a band on the guitar, and it's been pretty calming. her dad had taught her guitar when she was younger, and she'd play it a lot and all, but her passion had not always been there. it used to be something she just did to ease boredom, but now it's become that, an outlet, and a legitimate hobby for her. after a couple of minutes of playing she put the guitar down and sent a text message to him, assuring him that the door was open and he knew where to find her.
as short of a time as they had been together, they were learning each other pretty quickly, almost as if no effort was involved, when it clearly was. he was her baby daddy, and it was kind of shocking that it was actually working out between the two. she didn't know him much before they slept together, and while he was damn hot, she would've never seen herself with him, or really anyone for that matter. romance just wasn't in the cards for kris, until now. she was always one of the guys, not one of the guy's girlfriend. but now she was both, and she definitely liked it. kaleb and her were a lot alike, and in one way was that they didn't gush about their feelings. ever. or even really discuss them, which would be bad in some relationships, but not theirs. they both have a preference of just showing the affection, and that works well enough for them. while awaiting his arrival she sat criss-crossed, her eyes looking upon the television that she'd been ignoring while she cleaned all morning. her slightly damp, un-touched curling hair hung loose, while she had her eyes glued to the TV set which was on boomerang. call her childish if you may, but there was no way she'd pass up on watching dexters lab, powerpuff girls, and the original pokemon series. that was just too cool, and her entire childhood, not to mention, in an hour and a half.

it was like a new chapter had started in kaleb’s life, a chapter in which he wasn’t exactly expecting. he was taking on new responsibilities, ones he wasn’t even old enough for, but he was more than willing to step up to the plate. He had a girlfriend and a baby on the way, sure, the baby came first, but hey, kris was actually a pretty cool chick. Kaleb still wasn’t sure how he felt about the whole baby thing, but he was getting used to the idea. He wasn’t going to be a non-existent dad that was for damn sure, if anything, he was going to be an awesome dad. It was just a very big thing to get accustomed to, I mean, holy shit, he made another human being and he was going to have to help raise it. But for now, his first priority was making sure Kris was getting everything she needed and that their relationship was worth having, and so far, it was.
Ronnie and Derek had just departed from kaleb’s place; the boys had gotten blazed and watched the second Jackass movie. Kaleb’s abdominal area was still aching from laughing so fucking hard, no matter how many times he watched those movies, he always laughed just as hard every time. Here, he sat shirtless, on his navy blue comfy couch, a bag of weed on the coffee table in front of him and a tiny bag of cocaine in his hand. He stared at it and opened it, wetting his finger a tad bit with his tongue and dipping it into the tiny bag, some of the cocaine sticking to his fingers. He quickly put in his mouth and started running the substance along his gums, letting the tingling sensation begin. He leaned his head back a bit and closed his eyes, practically giving his body to the drug. After a few minutes, a smile on his face, he closed the bag and put it down on the table, grabbing his cell phone. He had a big smile on his face, feeling energetic all of a sudden. He dialed kris’ number, he had told her the day before he’d be calling her today to possibly hang out. It rang a few times before she picked up, at the sound of her voice, something in his stomach jumped out of joy. The two had arranged to hang out and he was to arrive at her place in an hour, as he hung up, the smile never left his face. He had an hour to kill and with that, he set up a line of cocaine and took it. Yes, the boy had a slight problem with getting high on his own supply, but it wasn’t well known just yet.
The hour past almost as fast as he could pack a bowl, which he definitely did before heading out. He always did drive while under the influence, he never had any trouble really. Unless, you call having the munchies and going into a drive thru and ordering about two of everything trouble? But really, he was always the designated high/drunk driver. His eyes almost resembling a chinese man were almost closed thanks to his level of highness, he hopped in the driver seat shortly after finding a shirt and started the car. He was almost never sober, but it was something people were used to when knowing Kaleb. Luckily, he wasn’t a bad high or drunk person, he was actually pretty funny and chill. He drove to Kris’ place, when he was about 2 minutes away he felt his phone buzz in his pants and grabbed it once he was able to stop. It was Kris, informing him that the door would be open and he could just walk in, which made him smile. He actually did like spending time with her, she was really growing on him and the more time he spent with her, the more he liked her. She wasn’t like other girls at all and that’s what made it so much easier, she was able to hang out with his douche bag friends and still handle her own. She was witty, hot, tom-boyish, and she knew how to make a mean grilled cheese sandwich. She was also close with his twin sister, Kaylee, so that worked out too.
Kaleb was pulling up, the song on the radio playing lightly in the background and without even noticing he was starting to sing the song. ”there’s a stranger in my bed..there’s a pounding in my head… glitter all over th room..pink flamingos in the pool….i smell like a minibar…Djs passed out in the yard….”, then finally he caught himself as heparked his black impala in her driveway and made a confused face, ”why the fuck do I know the lyrics to this song?.....fucking kaylee…” he shook his head to himself and exited his vehicle. He did as he was told, and walked right into her place. He found Kris almost instantly and flopped onto the place beside her, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and planting a kiss on her cheek softly. “Hey babe,” he said calmly, his eyes still almost shut from being high, he looked at the television and chuckled a bit, ”you and your shows…”, he said then looked her way, ”what’d you do today anyways?”, he asked casually, actually interested in what she did earlier.

She smiled before reaching over and grabbing the remote, changing it to Teen Nick to catch some Degrassi. She had already seen the episode playing the night before because they had new episodes every-day, which she never would have managed to see before now, but because she was home all the time nearly she could. She still went out with Kaleb from time to time, but he had his boys, and she wasn’t the clingy type. Plus, she had her own friends, which were also a bunch of boys, but she loved them anyways. She heard his car pull up and grinned to herself, letting her legs fall down and swing at the foot of her bed, watching from a distance out the window and then averted her eyes to the door. It opened after maybe a minute, since it probably took him that long to get up the stairs. She lived in a really maze-like large house, but that was more than common in Eastern Hill. When he came in she simply smiled at him, leaning in and pecking his lips shortly after her cheek being kissed. “Hii.” She grinned at him, looking at his eyes and laughing almost immediately, but not loudly, just a small giggle.
Kris could tell he was high – but then again, when wasn’t he? As long as she wasn’t there when he was smoking, and was just there for the aftermath of it, she was completely fine with it. Hell, if she weren’t pregnant, she’d be getting high too. She shrugged her shoulders and pointed at the television, “Same as always,” |
[/b] she said with a lazy little smile, then motioned around the room, Although, I did clean… and organize… and stuff. And officially got all my online classes material. ” She shook her head and grinned, poking him on the chest. “What’d you do? Other than fly with the kites, of course…” She narrowed her eyes at him playfully, leaning her head on his shoulder and looking up at him. She had a pretty good idea of what his day consisted of, but she liked to hear it for herself. Two names rolled through her mind, Ronnie and Derek. The three of them together amused her, it was a funny sight. Even reading some of their chat room conversations could make her night sometimes. Her phone screamed out obnoxiously, “Paging doctor faggot! … Doctor faggot!” shortly after receiving a text message from Jayden. She grabbed it, laughing like she did every time it sounded, and replying in less than twenty seconds to it. She threw the phone back to the side, it landing sideways on her pillow. “I’ve been meaning to show you that text tone… thought you’d appreciate it.” She said, laughs entangled in her speech. The hangover had recently become one of her favorite movies, forever, no thanks to Jayden and James. Also, basically any movie Will Ferrell is in made her list of tops. She didn’t really care for him much before she met Jayden, but since she ended up watching all the movies with him on best friend weekends, she definitely grew into him. She kissed Kaleb again, smiling more gently now, at ease. She loved having him around; it just put her in a good mood. She was naturally in a pretty swell mood most of the time, but he still improved the mood regardless. Kaleb loved Kris’ place, it was nice, and Kaleb never really expected to ever see him in a place like this, unless he was at a party of course. You see, Kaleb resided in his parents’ back house, the place was all his and his parents never really bothered him back there. Sure, it was probably because he almost always had people over or the fact that Kaleb never let them in even if they tried to visit. But he made his rounds like he promised to his mom, when she actually agreed to him living back there. He was required to eat dinner with them and take their pet ferret to his place every so often, which he did. He loved living back there though, a small place all to himself, where all of his friends and customers could just stop by and chill. Having a baby on the way though, definitely brought up some concerns. How would they raise it? Would it live with Kris and Kaleb would just come visit when he could? Should he ask Kris to move in with him? Nah, she wouldn’t. Kris knew Kaleb’s occupation and he knew damn well, she wasn’t going to have her baby grow up with drugs surrounding the place. And if you saw Kaleb’s place, they were literally surrounding the place. The two hadn’t really had that conversation yet, but it was bound to happen sometime. Kaleb was too laid back and lazy to bring it up to be honest, but that didn’t mean he didn’t think about it from time to time.
He sat on her bed and due to his high, he could feel the room slightly moving a bit, which made him chuckle to himself lightly as she greeted him. He nodded and looked around as she gestured for him to, ”oh sweet, you know, you make my room look like shit. But then again, it is my man cave,” he laughed a bit. It was true, Kaleb was never the cleanest, in fact, whenever Kaylee stopped by she always cleaned up a bit, it actually depended on what she was on. It was weird really, before Kaylee was very anti-drugs, but after the death of Vincent, she just sort of went in another direction. Kaleb noticed it and it saddened him sometimes, mainly because he knew it wasn’t her, but he was never one to talk about serious shit like that, so he never really talked to her about it nor talked to anyone about how he felt about the whole situation. You see, as blunt as he was, when it came to him, he hated talking about serious topics, it annoyed him and he hated people seeing him be vulnerable or caring.
Kaleb chuckled a bit, it wasn’t hard to tell when he was high, but then again, he was always high. ”Ronnie and Derek were over… you know how we do… “ he shrugged a bit. He leaned back on her bed, looking up at the ceiling, he felt like he was floating on the ocean, like on a small wooden piece of boat or something. ”hey,” he sat up a bit, using his elbows to hold him up right, ”you want to come over for dinner tonight? I know my parents have met you before, because of Kaylee and shit… but, they haven’t met you as… my girlfriend and future baby mama, yet” he said with a light chuckle at the words ‘baby mama’. ”I mean, you guys should get used to each other right? Since you know…” he said letting his words trail off, not wanting to add ’you’ll be in my life forever now’, he hated getting mushy. ”you don’t have to if you don’t want to. It was just… I figured I’d tell them about the baby finally.. and If you’re there, you know…” he said still not completing his sentences, he just wanted her there because she made him feel more at ease at times. And the fact that he was telling his parents that he was going to be a dad was pretty big, who knew how they’d react. Yes, the careless badass Kaleb was actually a little scared of telling his parents about him getting a girl pregnant. He wasn’t used to telling them shit about his life, hell, he didn’t even tell them about Kris being his girlfriend. His mom had caught a glimpse of the two kissing outside one night and had asked him about it later on, which of course, he admitted with a ’yeah, and? What’s it to you?’. But this time? It was different. He was making his parents grandparents and it was about time to inform them, he couldn’t wait till after the baby was born like he wanted, but Kaylee had practically taken his ear off the night before threatening to tell them if he didn’t. He knew she was right; he just didn’t want to do it.
Kaleb then sat up correctly when he heard the sound of the text message, he looked around a bit to see where it was coming from and laughed when he saw Kris grab her cell phone. ”That’s fucking awesome, mines says ‘Mail Muthafucka!’, like on that one movie ‘Eurotrip’…” he laughed, The Hangover was definitely one of his favorite movies. Before he could say something else she leaned in and pressed her lips to his, he couldn’t help but smile a bit as their lips made contact. Kaleb wasn’t used to having a girlfriend, let alone one that was carrying his child, but he could definitely get used to this feeling of being able to kiss her whenever he wanted. When she pulled away he grinned and laid back again, this time taking her down with him. He slid his arm under her neck and pulled her in close, looking over at her. His smile never left his face, he wasn’t sure if it was the amazing drug in his system that was making him smile stupidly or the fact that he had a beautiful girl in his arms, perhaps both. ”Where are your parents?” he asked, it seemed that whenever he came over they were never there, not that he was complaining, but still.

She liked to hang out with them sometimes, but she didn’t truly fit in with them. Kris pushed some hair behind her ear and watched him, smiling, but the smile faded to a worried expression when he asked to officially introduce her to his parents as his baby mama and girlfriend. When she thought of meeting the parents of the guy who knocked her up, the first thing that popped up was Teen Mom and Sixteen and Pregnant. What if they hated her like they always hated the baby mama on those shows? It was a silly fear no doubt, but after two or three straight years of watching that show, she couldn’t help but be afraid. At least they graduated though, right? That had to count for something, at least. Then she realized that only she graduated, and not Kaleb. She bit her lip and nodded, but she looked unsure of it, her eyes averting to her closet and starting to pick out what she was going to wear mentally. She wanted to look nice for his parents, but she still wanted to be herself. “Of course… I just hope they don’t hate me…” It was probably one of the very few times Kris admitted out-loud to an insecurity or fear of this type. She had also known where Kaleb was going with it; it was like their minds were completely in sync. He was absolutely correct, too. They were stuck together forever, and even though she didn’t mind it, his parents might. She took a deep breath and nodded. “Yeah. I know…” she kissed his lips and looked at him, letting him know with only her eyes that she understood. “And they should probably know about little… whatever we name it…”She laughed a little, shaking her head and touching her stomach. She giggled at the text tone and nodded, “I saw that one!” She really loved her boyfriend’s sense of humor; it matched hers almost perfectly up to par.
Kris let her body move with his, laying with him now and curling her body even closer to his, her eyes closing for just a second. His skin was so soft; it made her wonder if the baby’s skin was going to be soft, too. If it was going to look more like her or Kaleb, or both of them. She touched his face and shrugged her shoulders, thinking about it for a moment. Where WERE her parents? She didn’t know for sure because they always went and did different things, then she remembered what her mom had told her this morning about where they’d be. So far, she hadn’t introduced Kaleb to them, but her mother bugged her constantly about it. Kris wasn’t bothered by it though; she thought it was cute that her mom was that happy over this. She had been surprised at how good their reaction was, and they had a serious talk about it, but at the same time, they were excited. Maybe because she hadn’t shown much interest in boys? Her dad even admitted he thought she was a lesbian, and that really got a good laugh out of her and basically everyone in the room. She couldn’t blame them. Before now, she hadn’t even let a boy get beyond kisses. Kaleb was her first time, and that would always be special to her, even if she didn’t admit it to him. Even if it was a drunken meant-to-only-be-a-one-night-stand, he still managed to steal her heart. “My dad is at some company party… and my mom’s just at work.” Suddenly, she felt a jolt in her stomach. Her first reaction was to widen her eyes and blurt out as she looked down at her stomach, “what the fuck was that?” it took her a moment to process it, before she realized – babies can kick! Her eyes went from freaked out to excited, and she looked at Kaleb happily, trying to not squeal, and she didn’t say anything yet, but she grabbed his hand and put it on her stomach. “can you feel it? the baby’s kicking!”

Kaleb stared up at the white ceiling, he blinked as it began to look almost as if it was zooming out and away from him. God, did he love drugs. They always fucked up his reality, but that was what he preferred. The real world was way too damn boring, why not kick into gear a bit, right? He could still feel the tingling of the cocaine around his gums, which made him absent-mindedly run his tongue over his top front teeth. He loved the feeling of cocaine, it always made him more alert and it actually made him talk more, which was another way you could tell he had some. But luckily, he only rubbed against his gums, so the heavier effects wouldn’t quite kick in at the moment. He was starting to regret not snorting a line before heading over, but no, he didn’t like being too sedated when he hung out with Kris. He knew she was one hundred percent sober, plus, he wasn’t sure if it bothered her that he was always high and he didn’t want her to assume that he had to be high to tolerate hanging out with her. But then again, kris wasn’t like that, she was different from other females, and he loved it.
Kaleb felt a bit nervous about asking her to meet his parents, he had never brought a girl home to meet them, but in this case, it was almost required, wasn’t it? He knew it was a big thing, hell, he still hadn’t even met her parents, but he wasn’t pushing that idea anyways. He knew he’d have to meet them eventually, but damn, he didn’t do well with parents. And he had a feeling that she wouldn’t let him be high during it either, so he definitely wasn’t looking forward to it. He did know he’d have to make a good impression though, he knew how parents could be with their little girls, especially fathers. Do you really think they’d open their arms to the guy that knocked up their daughter? But then again, kaleb wasn’t even aware of whether or not she had told her parents yet, even though she did have a little bit of a baby bump visible. Kaleb frowned a bit, when she had revealed that she was afraid of the possibility of them disliking her. Before he could reply, she had kissed him again, and looked directly at him. The words ’I know’ made him want to just kiss her again. He loved that he never had to explain himself to her, never having to really tell her how he felt about her or what he was thinking at times. Their minds seemed to be in sync with one another’s and it helped… a lot, especially when it came to a guy like Kaleb.
”Dude, they’re not going to hate you. If anything, they’ll hate me for being so careless and irresponsible. But they’ll get over it,” he gave a shrug, ”but babe, I think they’d be glad that it wasn’t any other girl. You’ve got your shit straight and we’re together, so it’s not like... I knocked up some random chick.” Kaleb looked up at the ceiling then back down at Kris, kissing her nose gently, ”you’ll be fine, plus, my parents aren’t anal about all that shit… so… you’re good… , sure he wasn’t completely sure of what their reaction would be, but he knew it wasn’t going to be hunky dory right after he told them. He was actually pretty interested in seeing what they would say, they weren’t like most parents, but they did have their angry judgmental voices, as all parents usually did. He gave her a light squeeze of reassurance and kissed her forehead, actually surprised to hear that Kris was actually nervous. He had to admit, it was actually kind of cute to see this slightly insecure side to her.
Kaleb nodded, ”oh…”, before he could ask, Kris had nearly freaked out, ’what the fuck was that?’. Kaleb never really got to ask about her parents’ occupations or personalities, mainly because this was a first time for him, actually being interested. He had his wonders though, but they’d just have to wait till next time. He frowned as he looked at her, wondering what she was freaking out about. Did the baby fall out?, he couldn’t help but think as he watched her, wondering what was going on exactly. He watched expression on her face carefully, attempting to read her to see if he could figure it out for himself. She didn’t say anything, she just got excited all of a sudden and yanked his hand from him, placing it on her stomach. He laughed a bit at her words, finding it cute at how excited she was, he couldn’t help but smile wide as he waited for the baby to kick again. A few seconds later…and it finally did, which brought a jolt of tingles up Kaleb’s arm. He quickly looked up at Kris, their eyes meeting, and an even wider grin coming across his face. I’m gonna be a dad, he thought, as he finally realized the reality of their situation. ”What do you think it is?” he asked, ”gender wise, and what do you want it to be?” he added another question, interested in her answer. His hand didn’t leave her stomach though, he didn’t want it to, he wanted to stay close to his child.

“If you say so…” It was clear that Kris was disbelieving of Kaleb’s proposal, but also obvious that she was trying to convince herself of what he said. She didn’t want his parents to hate her, and if anything, she could hopefully make a good impression on them. It wasn’t such a good start meeting them with a fetus already growing inside of her, but she hoped with all her heart that they’d overcome it. In-laws were supposed to be monsters from what she had heard, hell, she even saw a commercial for a show called ‘Monster In-Laws.’ How scary was that? And what if her parents didn’t like Kaleb? It would be a disaster if neither pairs of parents approved of each other, but it wasn’t like it was the first time it had happened. She tried to not think about that possibility and reassured herself that her parents would probably love Kaleb, even if they were a little bit disappointed in the situation as a whole. They were generally accepting and loving people, and somewhat more than others. They took the pregnancy news surprisingly well, and they were eager to meet him; but something inside of Kris insisted that something was going to go wrong, even if she didn’t know what it was yet. It was most likely the paranoia talking, as she had similar – actually, the same exact worry for his parents. The only difference was that they didn’t even know about the baby, let alone that they were dating. It was lucky that Kris happened to be a girl that really had, like Kaleb said, her shit straight, unlike most teenage pregnancy cases. “Okay. I just hope you’re right,” She said with a sigh and a smile, kissing his lips gently.
The kick in her stomach excited her greatly – she wasn’t sure how to react. She could feel the happiness rushing through her veins and her heart pounded at a mile per minute, her eyes piercing into Kaleb’s with delight sprinkled all over them. They were really about to have a child together, even though they were merely children themselves. Kris trusted herself to do this – it was a big change she was positive neither of them were ready for, but she knew that it didn’t matter. This was happening, and it was happening quickly. In just a matter of months, they’d be blessed with a baby. She found herself dumbfounded at the question he asked, and she shrugged, sincerely unsure of what gender the baby was or what she really wanted. “Well… I have no idea… I’ll be happy with either… but I hope it’s a boy. Picking a name out would be a lot easier.” She said with a lazy grin. She’d be absolutely content with either a girl or a boy, but something about boys was just way more desirable in a way she couldn’t understand. She sighed happily and cuddled closely to him, looking up into his eyes. She ran her fingers down his chest, tracing circles and shapes on it and closing her eyes. It was relaxing, just being here with him and their unborn child. “I can’t wait… I wonder if it will look like us. I think we’d make a damn pretty baby. You’re absolutely stunning, you know that?” She told him, looking admirably at him once again.
Then something popped up in her mind again and she got that expression – the expression she gained when she remembered something. “Oh!” She blurted out before he could say anything, a new grin on her face from the one before. She had almost forgotten about the position she’d been offered for a part time job as a football coach assistant. “I got a part time job, a flexible one too. I was visiting coach Summers and he asked me to be the assistant coach. Sooo…” She grinned from ear to ear, “I took it! I start next practice which is… tomorrow! I think. Whenever the next school day is, at that time when you high schoolers get out.” She said with a little smirk. Was it bad that she had only been graduated for four months and already managed to forget that FC’s dismissal was at 2?

KALEB&KRIS tagged for? KRIS - 0832 - Kaleb knew that she’d still be nervous, hell, he was nervous himself of meeting her parents. No one wanted to meet a significant other’s parents under these certain circumstances, it seemed forced and as if you were just asking to be yelled at. Both of the teenagers were in the same boat though, so they could be nervous together, right? ”well, I’ll be there with you, kay? And if you ever want to leave during the dinner, just squeeze my hand, and we’ll go. It’ll be like our secret signal, sound good?” he asked looking over at her, trying to make her feel comfortable about the whole thing. He didn’t mind ditching his parents, even if it was after two minutes; he was used to blowing them off. Sure, it wasn’t necessarily a good quality to have as a child, but it was one he loved having. Plus, he didn’t want Kris to be uncomfortable for too long, especially if his parents got embarrassing or overbearing. He was going to protect his woman damn it.
As his head was placed lightly on her stomach, feeling the gentle kick of his of his baby, he couldn’t manage to get the grin off of his face. This was real. In a matter of months, they’d both have a real life child. He’d have to go buy diapers, baby clothes, and shit like that. The two hadn’t really worked out the dynamics of how often each would have the baby or how everything was going to work out, but they had time to do that. They had to get through other shit first, before they had the after pregnancy talk. ”yeah, I want a boy too… I can’t imagine having a daughter, but who knows?” he shrugged lightly, ”you can pick the name, just as long as it starts with a ‘K’” he added, being honest. There weren’t a lot of names out there with ‘K’s’ and ‘K’s’ were fucking awesome to him, so why not? ”just don’t name it something dumb like…. ‘kitten’…” he joked as she cuddled in closer to him. He liked having her in his muscular arms, he felt like she was safer there, and that he could protect her from anything.
He enjoyed the feeling of her delicate fingers run along his chest; she always did that, especially when he had no shirt on. But hey, that’s what it was there for, right? It was toned and kept in shape for a girl’s pleasure, now just her pleasure, of course. The boy was now a one woman man and believe it or not, he wasn’t complaining. Before he wasn’t really into relationships and it wasn’t because he was any sort of commitment-phobe, he just didn’t really have the energy for one. But when Kris and the baby came along, things changed, he was actually enjoying this relationship, even if did seem a little forced, he was glad he had officially asked her out. He looked up at the ceiling again as he thought about what their baby would like when she mentioned it. He chuckled a bit and looked back down at her, ”we’d make a fucking gorgeous baby,” he commented. He blushed a bit at her compliment on how attractive he was ”we stunning people seem to be pretty magnetic towards one another, eh?”, he added as he referred to them both being equally attractive. It was true too; Kris was fucking hot as hell, and the fact that she was fucking cool too? How often do you come across those chicks? You know the whole package? Not often. But thank god, Kaleb snagged the perfect one for him.
Kris nearly startled him when she blurted out an ‘oh!’, wondering what she had just remembered, it must have been something interesting, right? Kaleb smiled, ”oh, woah, really?” he asked rhetorically, ”sweet,” he commented, she seemed so excited, it was cute. ”you’re going to love that job,”, he said, knowing that she missed football, she’d be perfect at it too. ”you get to tell james what to do,” he added, laughing a bit, James was pretty cool, he was Kaleb’s twin sister’s best friend, so Kaleb hung out with him a few times. He wasn’t sure if he should be jealous because she’d be around a bunch of football players, but then again, she had been around some before, right? He knew he didn’t have anything to worry about, but there was something in him that just bugged him a bit. What if she was around them with they were in nothing but towels? He shook the feeling off, no way, I’ve got a better body than half those guys, he thought as he shook his head. ”that’s awesome babe… so on days when I do go to school, I can go visit you,” he said happily. It was a little weird, him being still in high school and his girlfriend being out, but weird in the humorous way.
